Ingredients
- 12 CupsSour Cream
- 21 tspBlack pepper
- 31 PoundsAmerican Cheese, Shredded
- 42 tspSalt
- 51 CanCream of Celery Soup
- 61/4 CupChives, Minced
- 71 BunchGreen onions, Chopped
- 81 CupMilk
- 91/2 PoundsSmoked Bacon, Chopped

Steps
- Cook the bacon till crispy and cool. Then chop into bits.
- Mix all of the ingredients together reserving 1 cup of the shredded American Cheese and 1 cup of the sour cream for garnish.
- Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish, and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a 350F degree oven for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let set for 10 minutes.
- Garnish each serving with remaining shredded American cheese, sour cream, and the chives.
