He has cooked his way through over a dozen kitchens, from hotels and restaurants to creating tasty treats for product development. He even sharpened his skills at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, kind of like a sensei for food.

Now, as the lead chef at Schreiber Foods, Chef Eric isn’t just a whiz with dairy—although that’s his specialty, he is our American cheese guru after all—he’s a leader who loves working with his team to help customers craft memorable menus, build winning dishes, and even lend a hand whenever it gets busy. But here’s the real secret ingredient to his awesomeness—his legendary Dungeness crab cheesecake. Trust us, it’s a masterpiece!


Chef Leah

Chef Leah isn’t just passionate about food, she’s obsessed with creating dishes that make your taste buds dance.

Picture the creamiest, cheesiest, most crave-worthy recipes you can imagine and you start to have an idea of Chef Leah’s specialty. Her culinary journey began at the New England Culinary Institute, where she honed her skills. But the classroom couldn’t contain her skills! Before gracing our kitchen, she traveled the world, even picking up some German along the way (fun fact: she can order the most amazing schnitzel!).

Over a decade ago, team Schreiber snagged this culinary gem from the restaurant scene. Now, Chef Leah whips up incredible dishes that seem straight out of a foodie’s wildest dreams. She thrives on collaborating with customers and is always up for a new culinary challenge.


Chef Ayesha

Chef Ayesha’s been on a delicious adventure for over 10 years, whipping up culinary magic at places like the ITC Group of hotels, Café Coffee Day, and Tupperware India.

Now, she’s at Schreiber supporting our customers in India, and things are getting even more fun! Ayesha’s a recipe revolutionary, crafting delicious dishes for top fast-food chains, and other foodservice segments. Think of her as the secret weapon behind your favorite menu items. But she doesn’t just dream them up, she tests them to make sure every bite is a flavor explosion. Try her basque cheesecake recipe and you’ll see exactly what we mean.

She also creates stunning food presentations and demos that leave everyone wanting more. Plus, she trains sales teams to be product whizzes, so they can answer even the most difficult foodie questions.
