Ingredients

    Sourdough Bread, Toasted

    White American Cheese

    Blue Cheese Dressing

    Red Onion, Thinly Sliced

    Avocado, Smashed
  6. 6
    4 Leaves
    Green Leaf Lettuce, Shredded

    Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced

    Hard-Boiled Egg, Sliced

    1 Cup
    Rotisserie Chicken, Chopped

    Cooked Bacon

    Freshly Cracked Pepper

Steps

  1. Place toasted bread on a flat surface. Spread two slices with the smashed avocado and sliced hard-boiled egg; set aside. 
  2. On the other two pieces of toast spread two tablespoons of blue cheese dressing and top with red onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese, chicken and bacon.
  3. Season with freshly cracked pepper and lay the other two slices (coated with avocado and egg) on top to make a sandwich.
  4. Cut in half and serve immediately.
