- 34 TablespoonsBlue Cheese Dressing
- 41/4Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 51/2Avocado, Smashed

Steps
- Place toasted bread on a flat surface. Spread two slices with the smashed avocado and sliced hard-boiled egg; set aside.
- On the other two pieces of toast spread two tablespoons of blue cheese dressing and top with red onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese, chicken and bacon.
- Season with freshly cracked pepper and lay the other two slices (coated with avocado and egg) on top to make a sandwich.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
