Ingredients

    Sweet red bell pepper, Sliced

    Sweet green bell pepper, Sliced

    Small onion, Sliced

    Olive Oil

    Sirloin Steak, Sliced

    1/4 cup
    Dijon mustard
  7. 7
    1/4 cup
    Balsamic vinegar
  8. 8
    1/4 cup
    Olive Oil
  9. 9
    2
    Garlic cloves, Minced
  10. 10
    Salt & pepper
  11. 11
    8 Slices
    White American cheese
  12. 12
    3-4
    Hoagie buns

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mustard, balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the steak, refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. On a sheet pan coated with nonstick cooking spray, toss the peppers and onion with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add the beef; bake for 15-18 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 
  4. Top with 8 slices of American cheese; bake an additional 3 minutes or until melted.
  5. Serve in hoagie buns.
