    Macaroni Noodles, Cooked

    Chorizo Sausage Crumbles, Cooked

    1 Cup
    Pico De Gallo, Garnish

    2 Cups
    American Cheese Sauce
  5. 5
    1 1/2 Cups
    Seasoned Tortilla Strips, Garnish
  6. 6
    1 1/2 lbs
    American Cheese Loaf
  7. 7
    2 Each
    Corn, Charred and shucked
  8. 8
    2 Cups
    Whole Milk
  9. 9
    1/2 tsp
    Tabasco
  10. 10
    1 Cup
    Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

    Hatch Green Chilis, Roasted, peeled, diced

Steps

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until all is melted smooth. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Prep all of the ingredients prior to assembly.
  4. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine.
  5. Place mixture into a 13”x9” cake pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes until heated through and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with the tortilla strips, and pico de gallo.
